Fayetteville State University is launching a free course for students who want to work in the biotechnology field

The school says it is one of six sites selected by the U.S. Economic Development Administration and NCCU to participate in the program.

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. (WTVD) — Fayetteville State University is launching free training for students interested in working in the biopharmaceutical industry.

The school said it was one of six sites selected by the U.S. Economic Development Administration and NCCU to participate in the program.

The aim of the program is to provide students with easy and free access to better-paid jobs.

The program will be open to anyone 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or GED.
