Tech guru Bryan Johnson celebrates birthday every 19 months after ‘slowing the aging process’

Anti-aging fanatic Bryan Johnson says he now only celebrates a birthday every 19 months after successfully slowing down his internal clock.

The 46-year-old is the founder of Braintree Venmo, a payments company that he sold in 2012 for $800 million.

Since then, he has invested enormous amounts of his money, resources and time into reversing the aging process.

He claims that thanks to a strict diet, exercise and careful monitoring of his health, he has already reduced his epigenetic age by 5.1 years.

It spends more than $2 million a year on anti-aging treatments.

In a new YouTube video titled “My $16 a Day Diet to Live Over 200,” he shares the secret to his self-proclaimed success.

He says that for every “12 months that pass” in a calendar year, he only ages 7.6 months.

To succeed, he says, he and his team approached his diet in a similar way to software development at his old company, Braintree.

“When you build software, you build version one, and it goes to version two and three – each version gets a little better because you take out the bad stuff and add more of the good stuff,” Johnson told his supporters.

“I did the same thing with my diet.”

He said his team reviewed “all the scientific evidence” and implemented it in its “Plan” program, in which “every calorie must fight for life.”

To create an ideal diet, he took certain foods and supplements “over time” while his team assessed what effect they had on his body:

He described himself as “the most balanced person ever.”

His Blueprint diet includes vitamin powders and pills, which has been simplified by taking “over 100 pills a day” of vitamins and minerals.

“When I wake up, the first thing I do is drink the longevity blend,” which contains “vitamin C, magnesium, calcium alpha-ketoglutarate, glycine and ashwagandha,” Johnson said.

As part of his “longevity blend,” Johnson takes eight pills, which he says are intended for “all genders and ages.”

Then he exercises for an hour before eating breakfast, which is a Super Veggie dish – consisting of cauliflower, fresh broccoli, black lentils, garlic, ginger, hemp and extra virgin olive oil.

Johnson said he also adds avocado and sprinkles his “secret” product of minced vegetables.

A tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil with every meal seems to be an essential part of the Blueprint program.

The biohacker then eats the walnut pudding for his next meal and adds one tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil.

Previously, the Californian tech guru gave his teenage son transfusions to ensure his biological age was as young as possible.
