How Oregon’s Year-Old Psilocybin Program Works

It’s been a little over a year since the first regulated service centers were established in Oregon he started to provide therapeutic psilocybin trips for clients. There are currently 29 authorized service centers across the state, as well as 12 manufacturers, two testing labs and more than 300 caregivers who supervise customers during sessions.

Angie Allbee is the section manager for psilocybin services at the Oregon Health Authority. She joins us with an update on how the first-in-the-nation program is going and what its goals are for the next year.
