While Arteta sees Neves as a key addition to Arsenal’s midfield, the club face a crucial decision over Benfica’s high transfer fee, and it remains uncertain whether Arsenal will meet that valuation, especially with PSG aggressively pursuing the deal and other top clubs closely monitoring the situation.

Hailed as an “excellent” prospect, Neves looks destined for a bright future in football, and whether Arsenal can secure his services amidst stiff competition will be a key storyline in the ongoing summer transfer window.
