Broadridge International appoints chief operating officer

Effective May 1, 2024, Roz Smith has been appointed Chief Operating Officer of Broadridge International by global fintech company Broadridge Financial Solutions.

Based in London, Smith will work closely with Mike Sleightholme, CEO of Broadridge International, to expand and grow the company globally, while ensuring a high standard of customer service across Asia Pacific and EMEA.

To achieve innovative levels of productivity and operational efficiency, Smith’s primary responsibility in her position will be to scale and improve Broadridge International’s operations.

Additionally, in terms of program management and oversight of implementation procedures, Smith will be responsible for ensuring strong organizational structures at national and regional levels.

It will drive the development of best practices across departments, business units and regions with a unified strategy to meet customer requirements through more comprehensive sector-specific solutions.

Additionally, prior to joining Broadridge, Smith held management positions at HSBC for 18 years.
