Child Endangerment Warning issued for 5-year-old in Claiborne County

October 5-year-old Cooper is the subject of a Child at Risk for TBI alert

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WATE) – A child endangerment alert was issued Tuesday in connection with the disappearance of a five-year-old from Claiborne County.

The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation issued an alert in the October Cooper case on behalf of the Claiborne County Sheriff’s Office.


He may be staying with his non-custodial mother, Victoria Cooper, who is wanted by the Claiborne County Sheriff’s Office on custody interference charges.

The child is described as 3’2″ tall and weighing 50 pounds. with blonde hair and blue eyes. Victoria Cooper, 39, is described as 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighing 150 pounds. with brown hair and brown eyes.
