64-year-old man arrested during Taylor Swift’s ‘Eras ​​Tour’ for voyeurism

A 64-year-old man was arrested for voyeurism in one of the premises Taylor SwiftThe Scottish tour ends at the weekend.

According to Police Scotland, the man was arrested at Swift’s Era’s trip at Edinburgh’s Murrayfield Stadium on Saturday, June 8 – the second of the singer’s three consecutive sold-out shows at the venue.

Chief Superintendent of Police in Scotland David Happs said the man was “released on condition to appear before Edinburgh Sheriff Court at a later date”.

Voyeurism is defined as “the practice of obtaining sexual gratification from observing others.”

No other details about the arrest have been made public.

The incident was one of many notable events that occurred among the public during the Scotland residency.

During a date night in Edinburgh, Swift interrupted her concert after spotting a worried fan. During a surprise mash-up of “I Know Places” and “Would’ve, Could’ve, Should’ve,” Swift signaled that a concert-goer needed medical attention.

“She’s there. I will keep playing until someone helps them. I’m going to sing this song,” Swift said as she played her guitar and waited for security to help her. “Just let me know,” Swift said. “I can do this all night long.”

Eventually, the fan was attended to and Swift continued her performance. “Were good?” – she asked security. “Excellent!”

The evening also brought a happier moment when Swift noticed that the couple had gotten engaged during the performance.

“I never see it because it’s usually dark at night, but now it’s not,” Swift gushed. “So congratulations, wow! I just saw the whole thing. It’s amazing.”

The second evening brought even more urgent interruptions to the performances – actually four – as Swift insisted that stadium security help people in the crowd.

While performing “All Too Well,” Swift made her first request. “We need help there,” she said.

A few seconds later, she made another request and pointed to the same section. When nothing seemed to be happening, Swift said, “I still don’t see any help there.”

Swift made one last plea, saying into the microphone, “I still don’t see any help,” before the fan was finally helped.

The Era’s trip kicks off three sold-out shows at Liverpool’s Anfield Stadium on Thursday, June 13.
