Kevin Spacey broke down in tears today as he reveals he has no money and is forced to sell his house.

The disgraced Hollywood actor tells Piers Morgan Uncensored that he is on the verge of filing for bankruptcy after having to pay multi-million-dollar legal fees in connection with a high-profile sexual assault lawsuit.

In a shocking interview aired at 8 p.m. on YouTube, Spacey, 64, reveals his Baltimore home is up for auction because he can no longer afford to pay his bills.

When asked where he lives now, he replies, “So the answer to that is: I’m not really sure where I’m going to live now, but I’ve been in Baltimore since we started filming House of Cards there.”

Since being cut off from Hollywood in 2017 following allegations of sexual harassment against the two-time Oscar winner, he has avoided bankruptcy twice.

Streaming giant Netflix also dropped Spacey for breach of contract. In 2021, an arbitrator ordered him to pay nearly $31 million to the studio that made the hit Netflix series “House of Cards.”

Morgan: “Where do you live now?”

Spacey: “It’s funny you asked that question because this week I lived in Baltimore is taken over. My house is up for auction.

Morgan: “Really?”

Spacey: “So I have to go back to Baltimore and put all my stuff in storage.”

Morgan: “Really?”

Spacey: “So the answer to that question is: I’m not entirely sure where I’m going to live now, but I’ve been in Baltimore since we started filming House of Cards there.”

Morgan then asked why the house was in foreclosure, and he replied, “Because I can’t pay the bills I owe.”

Morgan: “Are you facing bankruptcy?”

Spacey: “I thought several times I was going to file a complaint, but we managed to avoid it, at least for today.”

Morgan: “How much money do you have?”

Spacey: “None.”

Morgan: “Really?”

Spacey: “Well, you know something about legal bills. I still have many legal debts that I cannot pay.

Morgan: “Are you really in debt?”

Spacey: “Yes.”

Morgan: “Can I ask how much you owe?”

Spacey: “It’s significant.”

Morgan: “Millions?”

Spacey: “Many millions, yes. The house itself is worth many millions.

Morgan: “What are you going to do?”

Spacey: “Get back on your horse.”

However, in February he agreed to a settlement with Media Rights Capital (MRC) in which he paid $1 million.

And Spacey, in an interview with Morgan, reveals that he is now virtually penniless and has “many millions” in debt.

“Well, you know something about legal bills,” he says. “I still have a lot of legal debts that I can’t pay.”

Spacey was one of Hollywood’s most recognizable faces until sexual harassment allegations were made.

Last July, Spacey appeared at Southwark Crown Court on nine counts of sexual offenses in a case involving four men. He vehemently denied their claims, and the jury acquitted him of all charges.

Spacey said he felt “humiliated” after being cleared of sexual assault charges in the high-profile trial involving Sir Elton John present evidence in your defense.

He was fired from the Netflix series House of Cards in 2017 after being accused of molesting actor Anthony Rapp when he was 14 and Spacey was 26.

During a civil trial in New York in 2022, Spacey was found not guilty and the jury found that the incident did not occur.

Spacey won two Academy Awards for Best Supporting Actor for The Usual Suspects in 1996 and Best Actor in 2000 for American Beauty, which also earned him a Bafta Award for Leading Actress.

Last month he emotionally vowed “not to give up acting” after new allegations were made against him in a shocking Channel 4 documentary.

The star accused the broadcaster of “having an agenda” for the decision to broadcast the two-part film “Spacey Unmasked”.

The documentary contains previously unheard testimony about the actor’s alleged inappropriate behavior.

Spacey was near tears and his voice began to crack this week during an emotional interview as he defiantly vowed not to give up on a return to Hollywood.

A group of A-listers – including Liam Neeson and Sharon Stone – have rallied around the Oscar-winning star to call for an end to his “seven-year exile”.

In an interview with The Telegraph, he admitted that he had behaved badly and done inappropriate things in the past.

However, he said that for the past seven years he has focused on growing and becoming a better person.

“If anyone thinks that I don’t deeply regret the mistakes I’ve made, the choices I’ve made, or that I’ve hurt someone along the way, they’re not aware of the personal work I’ve been doing for the last seven years,” he said.

He looked like he was close to tears, but his voice began to crack as he continued, “If anyone thought I would give up acting, they were wrong on every count.”

Defending Spacey, Sharon Stone said she “can’t wait for Kevin to get back to work.”

“He is a genius. He’s so elegant and funny, generous to a fault and knows more about our craft than most of us ever will,” she told the Daily Telegraph.

The 66-year-old “Next Instinct” star said it was clear the aspiring actors “wanted and want to be around him.”

Liam Neeson also gave enthusiastic testimony to Spacey’s character.

“I was deeply saddened to learn of these accusations against him. “Kevin is a good man and a man of character,” he said.

“He is sensitive, articulate and non-judgmental, and has a wonderful sense of humor. He is also one of our best artists in theater and in front of the camera. Personally, our industry needs him and misses him dearly.”
