Santa Rosa firefighter injured in attic fire

A Santa Rosa firefighter is slightly injured after battling an attic fire. An attic fire was reported Sunday morning in a single-story home at 200 Creekside Road. Firefighters responded and repaired the failure within 20 minutes, but one firefighter suffered minor injuries while maneuvering a large fire hose. They were taken to hospital and are now recovering at home. No one else was injured. Everything indicated that the fire was caused by problems with the wiring and ceiling.
